My sourdough starter is thriving with Goldie. Dough'esha loves her home. It keeps the temperature consistent. Even though my starter is near a door and various outdoor cooking vessels, she thrives. Highly recommended to keep your starter happy and healthy!

The Goldie has made starter care a pleasure. It has a spot on my desk so I get to see it grow. The simple light indicator is intuitive and even works for my colour blindness. It is great to see my starter rise and fall with the regularity it now does.

With my home temperature never really too warm, I needed something to help my sourdough starter get up to temperature more quickly. It has been doing the job perfectly!!

I haven't had it for a very long in my house due to the shipping but so far I'm very happy with it. My sourdough is smelling wonderful.

I've been housing my starter in canning jars for 2 years, and while it's "workable", upgeading to these straight-sided and wide-mouthed jars is a game changer! Just makes things easier and less messy. Sometimes it's the little things that make a difference. Thanks SourHouse!
